One should also avoid using Aloe Vera when pregnant because it is responsible for triggering uterine contractions which are harmful in such condition. Nursing mothers should also avoid its usage because their baby might become a victim of cramps and diarrhea.

Also, there is a concern regarding long-term usage of Aloe Vera as laxative because it is said to be harmful but there isn’t any solid proof regarding such things.
